Can I place an order over the phone?
Where are your printing shops located?
We are excited to announce that we have expanded to two locations to better serve our customers. Our production and printing factories are now located in Alford, Lincolnshire, and Beverley, East Yorkshire. We warmly welcome customers to visit both sites. To ensure we can provide you with the best service and direct you to the most suitable location for your needs, please make an appointment in advance. This way, we can prepare for your visit and have the right team members available to discuss your requirements in detail.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient transaction process for our customers. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal for added flexibility and security. Additionally, we offer BACS direct bank transfers for those who prefer this method.
For our business customers, we provide a 30-day credit account option. If you are interested in setting up a credit account, please email us at [email protected] for further information and to request a credit account form. We are here to accommodate your payment preferences and make your purchasing experience as seamless as possible.
When will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice immediately after your order is received and paid in full online. For our account customers, invoices are issued along with a dispatch note when the goods are shipped. This ensures you have all the necessary documentation for your records. Can I add my own design

Do I need to send proofs or sample files of my design?
Yes, providing high-quality files of your design will help us process your order more quickly and efficiently. While we do offer a free artwork service for minor alterations and touch-ups, it’s important to note that this service is limited. We appreciate your understanding that, like any other business, our employees’ time and expertise are valuable.

What is the minimum size of a bespoke order?
Realistically, there is no minimum size for an order. For unprinted boxes, we can offer as little as a single box, however, if you’re serious about product packaging, you will likely have a startup budget in mind. At On Top Packaging, we understand that the development phase of any project can be daunting. We recommend setting aside at least £350 to cover the cost of getting a printed finished sample ready for production. This ensures you have a high-quality sample to review before committing to larger quantities.

I dont run a business, can I still order your boxes?
Absolutely! You don’t need to run a business to order from On Top Packaging. We’re open to everyone, and we specialise in various areas, including household boxes for storage. Whether you need packaging for personal use or any other purpose, we’ve got just what you need. You can also find our products for sale on Amazon and B&Q, one of the largest home DIY stores in the UK. Our aim is to serve all our customers, from wedding boxes to party grazing trays – whatever you need, On Top Packaging is not far away.

Can you print white ink on dark coloured card?
We actually get this question quite a lot. The answer is yes, we can! As speciality printers, we have the capability to print white, gold, silver, and other colours, including fluorescent options. We pride ourselves on offering more than the usual, unlike other manufacturers who stick to boring lines. We can handle most printing requests, and if we can’t, then you probably don’t need it!
